Access & directions (parking, loading dock, elevators, security desk)
Building requirements – Does your property management require a COI (Certificate of Insurance)?
Background & style – Studio look, on-location setup, brand colors, or neutral corporate tones
Room size – Ideally a space at least 15’ x 15’ with an 8’ ceiling and minimal furniture
