Absolutely. We bring full studio lighting to your practice — typically set up in a treatment room, break room, or reception area. We work around your patient schedule, often during lunch or before/after hours.
Should we wear scrubs or professional attire?+
It depends on your practice's brand. Many dentists photograph in business professional (blazer/dress shirt), while staff photographs in practice scrubs or branded polo shirts. We recommend consistent attire across the team for a cohesive look.
How long does each person take?+
About 10 minutes per person including on-site image review. A practice of 8 people typically takes 1.5–2 hours total including setup time.
What about new hires after the initial session?+
We hold your exact lighting setup for 90 days. New hires visit our San Mateo studio for a matching session — their photo will look identical to the rest of the team. No one can tell the difference.
Can we use the photos for insurance directories and Google?+
Yes — full commercial usage rights are included with every package. Use your photos on your website, Google Business Profile, Yelp, Healthgrades, insurance provider listings, social media, and any marketing materials.
Do you photograph dental office interiors too?+
We focus on portrait photography, but we can capture a few environmental shots of your practice during the session. For full interior/exterior photography, we can recommend specialized architectural photographers in the Bay Area.
