What kind of space do you need?+
A room with at least 8 feet of depth, a power outlet, and ideally 8+ foot ceilings. Conference room, private office, or lobby works well. Our lighting is entirely self-contained.
How many people can you photograph in a day?+
Single photographer: 20–30 in a half day, 40–50+ full day. For larger teams, we run dual stations in parallel — doubling capacity.
Will on-site photos look as good as studio?+
Yes — same strobe systems, modifiers, and backdrops as our San Mateo studio. Quality difference is functionally zero. We bring 2–3 backdrop options on-site.
What about people who are out that day?+
We hold your exact setup for 90 days. Anyone who misses can visit our San Mateo studio for a matching session. Also offer rolling quarterly on-site for fast-growing teams.
Can we get photos the same day?+
Lightly edited proofs same-day. Full retouching 5–7 business days. Rush 48hr available for website launches or press deadlines.
Do you handle scheduling for our team?+
We provide a scheduling template your coordinator distributes. Each person picks a 15-minute slot. We can manage scheduling directly if preferred.
